Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HireDraft (the “Service”) provided by IEB Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“IEB Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

HireDraft helps you draft job-application content such as cover letters, cold emails, and LinkedIn-style messages using AI-assisted tools. Features and availability may change. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, responses from employers, or accuracy of any generated text.

Accounts

You may need an account to use parts of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• Violate law or others’ rights, or submit unlawful, infringing, or confidential third-party material without permission.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or circumvent access controls.
• Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, deception, or malware.
• Resell, scrape, or automate access in a way that overloads or harms the Service.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our payment processor. Fees are as shown at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Subscriptions may renew until you cancel in accordance with the billing flow we provide. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable.

AI output and reliance

Outputs are generated automatically and may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any content. The Service does not provide legal, HR, or professional advice.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IEB Group LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify IEB Group LLC and its affiliates against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes will lie in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
